What type of discounts do you offer?

We offer a 15% discount for new customers who subscribe

If you purchase any two items you will have a 10% discount bundle that will automatically be added at checkout 

Can I use more that one discount in the same order?

Unfortunately we can't combine discounts. Therefore, only one will be added to your cart. Choose the one that benefits you the most and come back for more anytime!

Where does my order ships from?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Miami, Fl (USA)

Can I change my shipping address?

We understand mistakes happen. If your order has already shipped, Fav Floats has no ability to update your shipping address. Once your product ships, the carrier (USPS) is responsible for the delivery of your order. If you contact us within 15 min of placing your order, we will do our best to update your shipping address but given the fast-paced nature of our warehouse, we can't make any guarantees. If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will try our best to locate your package and update the shipping address

When will my order ship?

We expect your order to ship out 1-2 business days after it’s been placed. The time it takes for your order to arrive at its destination will depend on the shipping service you select and the shipping address provided. Once your order has processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard ground orders ship M-F within 24-48 hrs after being placed. Standard ground orders placed on a Friday will ship by the following Monday. Expedited and 2 Business Day orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the following business day.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

We're sorry as we know how frustrating this can be! Once your order ships, the shipping carrier is solely responsible for the delivery of your order and Fav Floats has limited ability to help. We often find that if you wait 24 hours the package will sometimes turn up. If your package is still not received, then contact the carrier (USPS) that shipped your package (this information is provided to you via your tracking email). If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please file a claim with the carrier and then contact customer service at info@favfloats.com

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping. Apologies for the inconvenience
